Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nYou take part in the design, verification, bench testing and bring up of analog integrated circuits for . As an Analog Circuit Design engineer, you are passionate about CMOS IC design. You and are familiar with matching techniques, common analog building blocks such as amplifiers, comparators, regulators, PLLs, bandgaps, and oscillators. You are skilled at using industry standard simulation engines and standard circuit analysis techniques. You know how to decompose product-level specifications into block-level requirements.\nThis role will be based out of ST's office in Chandler, Arizona. Relocation benefits may be provided on a case-by-case basis.\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nMaster's degree or PhD in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering.\n2+ years of analog circuit design experience.\nGood communication skills.\nEnglish business proficiency.\nAnalog design.\nProficiency in EDA tools (Cadence Virtuoso, Mentor Graphics, etc.).\nESD, Electromigration, Self-heating & IR drop, matching and decoupling.\nScripting (SKILL, Perl, Python, TCL) is a plus.\nBasic bench equipment (Power supplies, oscilloscopes, ammeter, voltmeter, etc.).\nAwareness of IC packaging issues and concerns.\nAt STMicroelectronics, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.\nThe base annual salary range for this role is between $ 91,500 to $ 114,400 USD\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
