Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nSupport and coordinate the shift maintenance team for front-end module equipment, ensuring effective execution of daily tasks.\nPerform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on mechanical, electrical, electronics and control systems of process module tools.\nAssist in planning and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance for assigned equipment.\nProvide technical guidance, on-the-job training and mentorship to maintenance technicians.\nWork closely with vendors, process engineers and internal support teams to resolve escalated equipment issues and improve tool performance.\nAnalyze equipment and maintenance data (downtime, MTBF, MTTR, recurring faults) and prepare accurate shift reports.\nSupport and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance equipment reliability, availability and throughput.\nEnsure adherence to cleanroom protocols, EHS requirements and all safety procedures during maintenance activities.\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nDiploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics or related engineering discipline.\nStrong troubleshooting skills in semiconductor manufacturing equipment.\nHands-on experience with front-end process equipment and control systems is an advantage.\nDemonstrated experience in shift-based support, team coordination or leadership roles.\nGood analytical, documentation and communication skills (verbal and written).\nAble and willing to work rotating 12-hour shifts in a 24/7 cleanroom manufacturing environment.\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
