Our technology starts with you.\nJob Title: Business Operations and Demand fulfillment manager\nAct as the primary interface between customers and ST for operational communication, demand fulfillment, forecast alignment, supply execution, and service performance through best-in-class customer service.\nProactively act as the official and reliable source of information on customer demand and execution constraints.\nResponsibilities:\nManage the order life cycle, including firm orders, nonrecurring engineering (NRE) purchase orders (POs), and samples, as well as contract and pricing setup.\nMaintain and optimize the backlog. Update requests, monitor confirmations and deliveries, and capture customer signals to improve forecast accuracy\nAchieve revenue plans by driving optimal backlog coverage in close partnership with the customer, sales, and champions.\nTranslate key supply drivers, including internal and external inventory, goods in transit (GIT), constrained demand, product lead times and delays (PLDs), and demand layering, into a clear and reliable supply commitment to the customer through capacity visibility, quality service setup, and alignment with sourcing agreement obligations.\nProactively manage shipment risks. Resolve delays, expedite urgent shipments, address customs issues, and manage trade compliance requirements.\nLead customer communication on operational topics, including lead time, delivery status, and improvements.\nPartner closely with the respective sales team and manage escalations, ensuring timely resolution through prompt communication.\nCollaborate with regional business intelligence and Sales to manage, expand, and maintain centralized regional reporting and monitoring tools.\nPerform data-driven analytics to identify trends, areas of excellence, and areas for improvement to support the management team in decision-making, strategy definition, and execution.\nMonitor forecast process performance and ensure a continuous feedback loop with relevant stakeholders.\nDemand Forecasting responsibility\nDetect future supply issues and resolve identified issues through daily collaboration with Business Operations team members, division planning directors, and Central Supply Chain.\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\n10-15 years’ experience in Supply Chain or Demand Planning/Divisional Planning\nExperienced operations leader with deep expertise in sales processes, demand and supply management, and customer service.\nStrong understanding of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices, with the ability to support efficient planning, coordination, and execution across the value chain.\nCollaborative partner with business operations, sales, finance, divisions, and supply chain teams.\nStrong communication skills\nProblem solving skills\nAt STMicroelectronics, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.\nBay Area - The base annual salary range for this role is between $ 150,800 to $ 188,500 USD. \nNon Bay - The base annual salary range for this role is between $ 129,800 to 162,300 USD\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
