Our technology starts with you.\nJob Description\nThis is a Planning role within the Outsourcing Subcontractor (Assy and Test) Management organization.\nReporting to the Capacity Planning Manager, you will oversee the booking of ST capacity needs with our outsourcing subcontractors (OSAT).\nYou will need to understand the outsourcing capacity available for your assigned portfolio against Demand Forecast (S&OP) plan. You will manage allocations between the various external plants and align the plan with the dynamic evolution of the demand.\nMain Responsibilities\nDrive quarterly S&OP exercise with OSATs for your assigned product portfolio, book capacity and material requirements with Subcontractors\nDrive and coordinate the Control Tower reviews with groups (Demand & Availability Alignment calls)\nReview capacity saturation at OSAT for the assigned portfolio, provide spending projection based on your analysis.\nDrive OSAT to support missing capacity and/or material shortage\nCollaborate with Regional Operation Teams to synchronize Demand with Daily Execution\nWork with Technical and quality teams for new equipment ramps\nGather Market intelligence in term of capacity availability\nMaintain collaborative relationship with OSAT while driving their KPI to meet ST targets\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree or Diploma with equivalent experience in Engineering\nMinimum 5 years experience in semiconductor industry preferred\nProficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel, experience with PowerBI.\nStrong Drive, able to work under tight deadlines, accountable and consistent in problem solving\nTeam Player with good negotiations skills\nGood with numbers, attention to detail and meticulous\nExcellent communication skills \nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
