Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nDevelop new pad/pad over active structures for all Smart Power processes and to qualify them through dedicated tests in EWS, assembly and reliability according to standards, failure mode knowledge matrix and mission profiles, in order to release to the designers reliable structures.\nCoordinate the activities aimed to validate the CPI of new Smart Power Technology Platforms/Modules.\nPerform thermo-mechanical simulations (FEM) of chip-package interactions and to assist the design of new pad/pad over active structures to improve their mechanical robustness.\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nMaster degree in material science, physics or electronic eng or similar \nKnowledge of FE and BE technology steps and features\nGood knowledge of excel, office suite., FEM tool\nEnglish business proficiency\nThe expected salary range for this position is €38,000 - €45,000 gross annual salary (RAL).\nIn accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on the candidate’s profile and demonstrated competencies.
