Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nAPeC Datacenter Organization mission is to expand ST business in the applications related to AI Datacenter, covering all APMS and MDRF products, with focus on Discrete, Analog and microcontrollers.\nWe are seeking a commercially minded Marketing professional for Datacenter to drive go-to-market strategy, support revenue growth, and strengthen market positioning for our datacenter product and solutions. The ideal candidate will combine marketing expertise, commercial acumen, and industry knowledge to help define value propositions, enable sales teams, analyze market trends, and support customer engagement activities.\nThis role requires close collaboration with sales, technical marketing, demand planning and division teams to develop and execute strategies that support key business objectives.\nKey responsibility\nDevelop and execute business strategies for datacenter market segment. Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitor activity, and industry developments.\nIdentify and capitalize on market opportunities to increase market share and drive business growth.\nWork closely with sales, marketing to manage customers business, including price/share negotiation, demand forecast, backlog, delivery etc. \nMonitor campaign effectiveness and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance.\nBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and channel/partner organizations.\nSupport pipeline generation and demand creation through integrated marketing efforts.\nTrack KPIs, prepare reports, and communicate progress to management\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nBachelor or master’s in marketing, Business, Engineering or a related field.\nMore than 5 years’ working experience in semiconductor industry and market, and more than 3 years’ experience in business management or commercial marketing.\nExperience in datacenter, cloud, infrastructure, enterprise IT, semiconductors, or related B2B technology markets preferred\n\nExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret market data and customer insights.\nProven ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.\nProactive and self-driven\nFluent in written and spoken English, excellent skill in Microsoft office tools, including Excel, Power BI, Power Query, word, and PPT etc\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
