Join us and start the future!\nYOUR ROLE\nCollaborate with HR Analytics team to create an HR reporting and projection tool in order to support better HR events analysis, decision making and forecasting, through:\nDesign data flows according to business and HR reporting requirements;\nImplement data ingestion pipelines to import data from different sources;\nImplement data transformation workflows to ensure data quality, to normalize and standardize data, to aggregate it;\nDevelop complex data analysis to transform data into actionable insights;\nDevelop customized visualizations using PowerBI according to HR and business requests;\nPerform data analysis on specific topics;\nImplement data validation processes, uphold data quality control standards, devise testing strategies, and formulate test plans;\nCollect requirements from different stakeholders coming from ST locations worldwide;\nFix, troubleshoot and solve bugs and issues.\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE\nStatistics & Advanced data analysis\nDashboarding and data visualization\nStakeholder management\nPowerBi, Tableau or other visualization tool\nProgramming languages a plus (Python, R, SQL)\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
