Our technology starts with you.\nRoles & Responsibilities:\nCollaborate with process and quality teams to improve yield and reliability.\nCommunicate module related issues to the Fab engineering and leadership teams.\nWork with Process Engineers to develop processes to maximize operational efficiency.\nOptimize current processes to improve manufacturability, yield and performance of products.\nInteract and coordinate with product engineering and process team to resolve yield and quality issues.\nDesign, execute, and analyze experiments to improve fab process, yield, and quality.\nCollect and interpret complex data to optimize Fab processes and increase yields.\nEngage and/or lead cross-area engineering teams to solve process issues.\nRequirements:\nBachelor's degree, Master's or PhD in electrical, electronic, material, physics field or related discipline and/or equivalent experience for 2-3 years, entry levels are also welcome\nStructural and process integration knowledge with basic comprehension of process area preferred\nKnowledge of fabrication processes, probe, backend and reliability implications preferred\nUnderstanding of statistical process controls\nUnderstanding of basic device physics in deciphering product performance\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nGood data compilation, statistical analysis and reporting skills\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
