Our technology starts with you.\nKey Responsibility\nOperate and monitor the UPW treatment system to maintain required water quality and flow.\nPerform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and system checks on pumps, filters, membranes, tanks, valves, and instrumentation.\nTroubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to water quality, pressure, conductivity, TOC, and flow.\nSupport breakdown maintenance and coordinate with contractors or vendors for repairs and servicing.\nAnalyze system performance data and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.\nEnsure compliance with safety procedures, environmental standards, and company policies.\nMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, water quality results, and equipment performance.\nCoordinate with production, facilities, and quality teams to minimize disruptions to operations.\nParticipate in equipment upgrades, commissioning, and qualification activities for UPW systems.\nSupport root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring system issues.\nJob Requirements\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.\nExperience in UPW water treatment in semiconductor companies\nGood Understanding of pumps, filtration systems, membranes, control systems, or water quality parameters.\nTroubleshooting, analytical, or problem-solving skills.\nAble to work independently and as part of a team.\nGood communication and documentation skills.\nKey Competencies\nKnowledge of PLC/SCADA systems\nExperience with preventive maintenance systems\nFamiliarity with safety and environmental compliance\nAbility to read technical drawings and P&IDs\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
