You also help us with finding the best vendors for recruitment, and managing the a to z collaboration with them.\nPoint of Contact \"POC\" for Calamba relative to coordination to central Facilities quality.\n Responsible for the site compliance to POR/SOP/LOPs. \nConduct of gap assessment between POR/SOP/LOP and making sure gaps identified are address accordingly in a timely manner.\nIn charge of facilities personnel training needs and analysis.\nConduct quality audits within Facilities operations, maintenance, projects and contractors' services.\nEnsure compliance to all regulatory requirements relative to facilities operations.\nKey responsible to Facilities culture/mindset alignment.\n\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nKnowledgeable in Quality Management tools like 8D/FMEA/DMAIC and others.\nKnowledgeable in Facilities Operations and maintenance especially in a semiconductor environment or related industries. \nKnowledgeable in DMS, audit planning and management.\nKnowledgeable in Power BI and other reporting tools.\nMust have exceptional communication skills, both written and oral.\n With good analytical skill.\nAt least 5 years working with Quality system covering management audit/ customer audit/KP process audit and training.\nPreparation of 8D/APF/RCA reports.\nRelevant experience as a Facilitiy Engineer/supervisor in a semiconductor company or related inductry.\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2026 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
