Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nMission:\nEnsure MEMS product quality through the state-of-the-art front-end manufacturing quality practices\nMain Activities:\nOverview the quality of the changes related to wafer manufacturing and wafer probe\nManage the non-conform lots at wafer manufacturing and wafer probe\nTrack the quality indicators of front-end plants\nEradicate issues generate at front-end with focus on problems affecting customers\nCollaborate with Operations to ensure that solutions adopted in front-end production embed the quality requirements\nCollaborate with PQA and Product Development teams to ensure cross fertilization of lessons learnt/best practices\nManage changes relative to wafer manufacturing and wafer probe in collaboration with HQ Quality\nContribute to Line Stress plan definition and review results\nSupport product/technology transfers among FABs\nManage and support customer audits, including audit agenda coordination, preparation, follow-up actions, and communication with customers\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nCore skills required:\nQuality oriented mindset\n\nGraduate in engineering, physics, and scientific in general\n\nCompetence in wafer manufacturing and wafer probe as a plus\n\nGreen belt is a plus\n\nYears of experience 5 years and above\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
