Our technology starts with you.\nNumber of FTEs: 1\nExperience: 1-3 Years\nLocation:\nKuala Lumpur (KL)\nKey Responsibilities:\nProcurement Process Management:\n- Handle the end-to-end procurement process for GBS scope from requisition to purchase order creationon day to day to basis.\n- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.\n- Manage procurement documentation and records.\n- Ensure favorable terms and conditions for the organization.\n- Handle any quality issues or discrepancies with suppliers.\n- Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs.\n- Collaborate with other departments to streamline procurement processes.\n- Prepare and present procurement reports and analyses.\n- Track and report on key metrics.\n- Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements.\n- Identify and mitigate procurement risks.\n- Invoice Resolution support to Invoice to Pay Team\n\nSkills and Qualifications:\n- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.\n- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems.\n- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.\n- Strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\n- Previous experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a related field. Experience in a globalbusiness services environment is preferred.\n\nOther Considerations:Language Proficiency:\n- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Malay and other languages (Chinese, French, Italian,Japanese, or Korean) is advantageous.\n- Korean language required, proficiency\n\nSummary: A GBS Procurement Agent in Kuala Lumpur plays a crucial role in ensuring that an organization’sprocurement activities are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with local and international regulations.
