Business Control & Performance Management\nBecome a true business partner by helping transform financial data into actionable insights.\nYour responsibilities:\nSupport monthly financial performance reviews and KPI monitoring.\nParticipate in budget, forecast, and planning activities.\nPrepare dashboards and management reports using Power BI and Excel.\nAnalyze variances between actual results, forecasts, and budgets.\nAssist operational teams in understanding business performance drivers.\nContribute to profitability analysis by product, and business segment.\nSupport cost optimization initiatives through data analysis.\nParticipate in ad-hoc business studies and strategic projects.\nHelp identify trends, risks, and opportunities through financial and operational data.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, and Operations.\n??
