Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nTalent Acquisition\nSupport the recruitment process by assisting with job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.\nAssist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, university channels, and other talent platforms.\nCoordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and hiring managers in a professional and timely manner.\nMaintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system or recruitment database.\nAssist in preparing recruitment trackers, reports, and other administrative documents.\nSupport internship hiring, campus recruitment, and employer branding activities.\nHelp coordinate pre-employment documentation and onboarding arrangements.\nEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.\nAssist with administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by the TA team.\nLearning & Development\nSupport the on-boarding process by coordinating logistics and monitoring trainer availability.\nAssist in training coordination and other Learning & Development administrative activities.\nProject Management\nSupport Project 1: Learning Needs Analysis via Training Matrix and Demand Planning.\nSupport Project 2: Policy Review & Amendment.\nSupport Project 3: Development of a manual for system operations for TA and L&D.\nSupport Project 4: Conversion of manual forms into a digital platform.\nRequired Skills and Competencies\nGood communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong organization and coordination abilities\nAttention to detail and accuracy\nBasic knowledge of recruitment or HR processes would be an added advantage\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook\nFamiliarity with Power BI will be an advantage\nAbility to multitask and manage deadlines\nWillingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment\nProfessionalism and confidentiality\nKnowledge of the Employment Act 1955 would be an added advantage\nPreferred Qualifications\nCurrently pursuing a Degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering, Science, Law, or a related field\nInternship duration of at least 3-6 months\nInterest in Recruitment, HR operations, or Learning & Development\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
