Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nThe Operation Industrial Engineer has responsibility for overall Fab Capacity, maintain the capacity model, uphold the capacity to prevent degradation, driving the team to meet OEE and work on capacity expansion.\nPrimary Job Functions:\nEnsure capacity modelling database integrity - OEE /Ptime/ Qualification\nTo perform capacity analysis\nDrive operations for improvement\nLead Programs related to Capacity Increase, Equipment efficiency; Productivity improvement and layout optimisation\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nBachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.\n2 years of relevant working experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in roles relating to industrial engineering, project management, process engineering or equivalent.\nExtensive knowledge of excel, office suite\nRequires excellent coordination and organizing skills.\nHigh level of multi-tasking and capability to prioritize to meet the efficiency expectation. \nProficient in Business Communication and Written skills.\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
