Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nAs a Business Management Intern, you will support key business planning and demand management activities by transforming data into meaningful insights that drive decision-making. Working alongside experienced professionals in a Sales Team, you will contribute to demand monitoring, reporting, and business analysis while developing strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.\nCollect, consolidate, and validate business data from multiple sources to ensure accurate reporting.\nHelp maintain and improve reporting tools, templates, and data visualization dashboards using Excel, Power BI and Power Point.\nAnalyze data to identify trends, patterns, risks, and business opportunities.\nMonitor demand performance and support the tracking of demand behavior against agreed targets.\nAssist in the review and follow-up of S&OE (Sales & Operations Execution) and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) outcomes.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and ensure data consistency.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and reporting efficiency.\nParticipate in ad hoc analyses and special projects to support business decision-making.\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nCurrently pursuing a Master degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field \nStrong analytical mindset with a passion for working with data.\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable.\nEnglish business proficiency\nStrong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.\nProactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced business environment.\nComfortable working with large datasets and multiple information sources.\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
