Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nMicroelectromechanical systems (MEMS) sensors are miniaturized mechanical devices fabricated using microfabrication techniques widely established in the electronics industry. They are extensively employed in consumer, automotive, and industrial applications, such as enabling screen orientation in smartphones and supporting advanced vehicle safety functions.\nThe performance requirements for MEMS devices are continually increasing. Among the factors that can degrade device performance, non-uniform temperature distribution represents a significant challenge.\nTo address this phenomenon, substantial effort is being devoted to modelling activities, and this master’s thesis is part of that broader effort.
