Our technology starts with you.\nWe are seeking a skilled Network Engineer specializing in enterprise wireless environments to join our infrastructure team. In this role, you will lead the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Cisco wireless architectures, while supporting core routing, switching, and auxiliary network appliances.\nKey Responsibilities\nCisco Wireless Infrastructure (Mandatory)\nConfigure and manage advanced Cisco Catalyst 9800 Series Wireless Controllers.\nDeploy and optimize Cisco Wi-Fi 6, 6E, and Wi-Fi 7 access points (APs).\nCreate and maintain accurate network topology and AP location diagrams.\nHandle administrative controls, including SSID management and client MAC address filtering.\nTroubleshoot signal degradation and connectivity issues.\nEscalate software bugs to the central wireless team and log tickets with Cisco TAC.\nMaintain cold-spare hardware inventories to ensure minimal downtime during replacements.\nFamiliar with SDA (Software-Defined Access) wireless network architecture\nCisco Core Network Maintenance (Preferred)\nManage Cisco enterprise routing and switching infrastructure, including Catalyst, Nexus, and ACI fabrics.\nOversee IP address management, subnetting, and VLAN configurations.\nTrack hardware inventory, including device models, serial numbers, and maintenance contracts.\nMaintain cold-spare hardware inventories to ensure minimal downtime during replacements.\nTerminal Server and UPS/ATS Management (Good to Have)\nAdminister Perle terminal servers for new manufacturing fab equipment\nConfigure and deploy Network UPS and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS).\nManage lifecycle operations, inventory tracking, and spare hardware.\nSpecialized Network Appliances (Good to Have)\nSupport Cisco Meraki platforms for mobile device and guest Wi-Fi management.\nMaintain SMS gateways, specifically Talariax SendQuick Entera appliances.\nPerform routine firmware and software upgrades across all auxiliary appliances.\nNetwork Monitoring & Administration (Good to Have)\nMonitor network health using Zabbix, SolarWinds Kiwi CatTools, Advanced Host Monitor, and Kiwi Syslog Server.\nManage software licensing and vendor renewals.\nLiaise with software support vendors to resolve technical glitches and system bugs.\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
