Our technology starts with you.\nROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nResponsible to support and assist Test Product Engineers in Electrical Wafer Sort and wafer probing operations. \nData-driven test analysis and automation of manual wafer-inking Dispositions\nSupport day-to-day line sustaining activities through real-time problem analysis and implement real-time solutions (e.g. test setup, data collection, and basic eng analysis, etc)\nEnsure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with the PE supervisors to achieve the overall committed KPI targets\nTo deepen immersion of the internship, adhoc activity in the test floor and laboratory will be assigned\nWork with test equipment, probers, and semiconductor testers and troubleshoot basic test issues and escalate when required\nMaintain proper documentation and reporting of test results & procedures\nCollaborate with cross functional teams and support production activities based on need & priority\nAssist in the qualification of new product introduction transfers\nEXPOSURE / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS GAINED\nSemiconductor wafer fabrication testing \nKnowledge in microelectronics and wafer processing particularly in the manufacturing and test development of RF satellite devices, automotive chips, ASIC, and Optoelectronics (Silicon Photonics)\nSemiconductor test analysis tools (Yield Exporer, SiliconDash, Etc)\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nCurrently pursuing Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, AI Engg, or related field\nAble to commit minimum 5 months of internship \nKnowledge in C+, VB programming would be a plus\nAble to work in manufacturing environment independently with minimum supervision\nFast learner, Team player with good communication skills\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
