Our technology starts with you.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Management:\nAct as the Person in Charge for transitioning activities by working closely with HR Centers of Excellence and stakeholders across countries.\nEnsure compliance with country-specific and company-wide policies.\nDevelop and maintain documentation related to L&D processes, including preparation and validation.\nCollaborate with the HR Innovation and HRMS teams for system testing (User Acceptance Testing - UAT).\nIdentify and implement process improvement opportunities by eliminating redundant activities.\nLeadership Management:\nLead, mentor, and manage a team responsible for data processing, accuracy, and compliance.\nAssign tasks, set performance goals, and monitor workload distribution.\nConduct regular one-on-one meetings with direct reports to provide feedback, coaching, and support for professional development.\nProvide training and guidance to the HR Services team on data management best practices.\nOperations Management:\nOversee transactional L&D processes and serve as the escalation point for stakeholders.\nAddress and resolve operational issues promptly and effectively.\nPrepare periodic and ad-hoc reports as required.\nMaintain and update user guides related to People Services L&D management.\nCoordinate internal training logistics including vendor engagement, government claims, scheduling, and attendance tracking.\nDevelop and maintain the learning request tracker and training calendar to support planning and resource allocation.\nAdminister the Learning Management System - uploading courses, managing enrollments, tracking completions, and providing user support.\nGenerate monthly and ad hoc training reports and dashboards, highlighting usage, trends, training hours, and learning impact.\nOpportunities:\nContribute to the development of collaborative working methods.\nDrive process and system improvements through digitalization and automation.\nGrow professionally in a dynamic and evolving environment.\nQualifications:\nOver 6 years’ experience in HR Services operations, preferably within L&D or HR Services startups.\nStrong communication skills with meticulous attention to detail and a customer-service mindset.\nDeep understanding of HR best practices, compliance, and process improvement methodologies.\nProven ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.\nProficient with HR systems such as Oracle, CSOD, Workday, SuccessFactors, or SAP, and experienced in using HR ticketing tools like ServiceNow.\nIntermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts) and comfortable working with data sets\nCertified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or above (advantageous)\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
