Our technology starts with you.\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Specialist - Talent Acquisition Shared Services to support backend recruitment operations within a centralized Talent Services / Shared Services environment. The role will focus on executing day-to-day recruitment support activities, maintaining operational accuracy, ensuring timely processing of requests, and providing coordination support to recruiters, hiring managers, candidates, and HR stakeholders. This position is ideal for professionals with foundational experience in recruitment operations or HR shared services who are looking to build expertise within Talent Acquisition operations and service delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nTalent Acquisition Shared Services Operations Coordination\nSupport backend Talent Acquisition operational processes in accordance with defined procedures and SLAs.\nPerform recruitment support activities including:Interview scheduling and coordination\nCandidate communication support\nRequisition updates and maintenance\nRecruitment tracker management\nCandidate documentation collection and verification\nOffer documentation support\nOnboarding coordination activities\nRecruitment system updates\nBackground verification coordination support\n\nEnsure timely completion of assigned operational tasks and requests.\nMaintain accuracy and completeness of recruitment-related information across systems and trackers.\nProcess and SLA Adherence\nFollow established recruitment operational procedures, guidelines, and quality standards.\nEnsure adherence to agreed turnaround times and SLAs.\nEscalate delays, discrepancies, or process issues to the appropriate team members.\nSupport maintenance of operational records and documentation for compliance purposes.\nStakeholder Support and Coordination\nCoordinate with recruiters, candidates, hiring teams, onboarding teams, and HR stakeholders for recruitment support activities.\nRespond to operational queries in a timely and professional manner.\nEnsure a positive and efficient support experience for internal and external stakeholders.\nAssist in managing recruitment-related requests and follow-ups.\nOperational Support & Continuous Improvement\nSupport day-to-day operational activities within the Talent Acquisition Shared Services team.\nParticipate in process improvement and standardization initiatives.\nContribute to maintaining SOPs, process documents, and knowledge repositories.\nSupport team members during high-volume hiring periods and operational peak cycles.\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Operations, or related field.\nExperience\n4+ years of experience in Recruitment Operations, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition Coordination, or HR Shared Services.\nExposure to recruitment support processes or HR operational environments preferred.\nExperience working with HR systems is an advantage.\nKey Skills & Competencies\nFunctional Skills\nRecruitment Coordination\nTalent Acquisition Operations Support\nShared Services Operations\nDocumentation & Data Management\nStakeholder Coordination\nReporting & Tracker Maintenance\nProcess Compliance\nBehavioral Competencies\nStrong attention to detail\nGood organizational and coordination skills\nEffective verbal and written communication\nCustomer service orientation\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\nLearning agility and adaptability\nTeam collaboration\nAccountability and ownership mindset\nPreferred Tools & Systems\nWorkday / SuccessFactors / Taleo / SAP HR / Oracle HCM/ PeopleSoft\nMS Excel and reporting tools\nServiceNow or ticket management systems\nRecruitment workflow tools\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
