Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nYou will contribute to the development of AI methods for digital twin verification and reliability, combining Agentic AI and surrogate modeling. You will help create solutions that improve the automation, correctness, and efficiency of digital twin development and analysis.\nYou will work on:\nAI-assisted code adaptation and transformation for digital twin systems\nFormal verification using programming languages, Lean, and related methods\nSurrogate modeling for faster reliability assessment and verification\nDigital twin modelling, validation, and decision-support methods\n\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nMasters or bachelor's degree in AI, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or similar\nStrong interest in AI, formal methods, modeling, and reliability\nGood programming and analytical skills\nFamiliarity with agentic AI, machine learning, or digital twin systems\nExperience with formal verification, Lean, static analysis, or surrogate modeling is a plus\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2026 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
