Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nTo setup AP/Plasma/Descum Process.\nTo develop and to industrialize AP/Plasma/Descum process for new packages, introduce materials to meet the quality, yield and mission of new application.\nTo support assembly of engineering sample for new packages or new technologies.\nTo characterize AP/Plasma/Descum process and materials.\nTo generate and update process specifications, SOP, FMEA and process control plan.\nTo provide technical support when there is critical quality concerns related to AP/Plasma/Descum process.\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nMore than 3 years working experience.\nMasters/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology, Material science) or equivalent.\nEquipped with statistical data analysis, analytical and problem-solving skills especially at AP/Plasma/Descum process.\nSystematic Problem-Solving methodology e.g., 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, Fish Bond, Is/is not…etc.\nAbility to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly.
