Our technology starts with you.\nResponsible for supporting and improving the die attach process to achieve stable production, high quality, improved yield, and customer satisfaction. The role focuses on process optimization, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement in collaboration with production, equipment, and quality teams.\nYOUR ROLE\nImprove and sustain die attach process performance, quality, and yield.\nTroubleshoot line issues, perform failure analysis, and implement corrective actions to improve machine stability and reliability.\nDevelop, update, and maintain process specifications, SOPs, FMEA, process control plans, and control charts.\nMonitor process performance using SPC and drive actions to address process variation or instability.\nSupport production to meet output targets, internal requirements, and customer expectations.\nInvestigate and resolve technical issues related to materials, equipment, and process conditions.\nHandle internal and external customer complaints, lot-on-hold situations, and quality concerns.\nWork closely with Operations, Equipment, Quality, and Production teams to minimize disruption and improve line performance.\nSupport NPI transfer and ensure smooth transition of new products and technologies into production.\nParticipate in risk assessment, change management, DOE, and structured problem-solving activities such as 8D and DMAIC.\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nPhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Material Science, or Material Engineering.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or process control.\nKnowledge of DOE, FMEA, SPC, DMAIC, and 8D.\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills.\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\nProficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office tools.\nProactive, organized, and solution oriented.\nAble to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2026 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
