Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nManage development and process transfer of new & advanced technologies from R&D to manufacturing.\nSet up and monitor SPC & FDC for processes.\nPerform & validate equipment qualification and setup process specification.\nPerform and characterize process and equipment system to maintain and control process parameters.\nProvide support for shift personnel in maintaining equipment uptime & efficiency.\nTroubleshoot process deviation and equipment malfunctions to improve process quality and productivity.\nPerform wafer dispositions in a timely manner.\nImplement preventive actions to eradicate quality issues.\nLead a Fab Improvement Team projects to improve the process capabilities, reliability and cost efficiency.\nImplement projects to improve process robustness, stability & Cpk.\nImprove manufacturing yield and quality.\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nBachelor's/ master's degree in Electrical & Electronics. Mechatronics, Physics/ Applied Physics, Material Science, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering studies.\nPreferably with relevant working experience in wafer fab industry.\nAbility to work in a cross functional team.\nAbility to work in fast-paced environment.\nAbility to work in rotating shifts if required.\nTechnical skills including problem-solving, statistical data analysis and design of experiment (eg.
