Join us and start the future!\nYOUR ROLE\nSemiconductor manufacturing is a core part of microchip production and includes a range of advanced process technologies used to build highly precise electronic devices. These processes may cover patterning, material removal, deposition, surface treatment, and doping, depending on the specific production step. Technologies such as lithography, wet etching, dry etching, deposition, and ion implantation play a critical role in defining fine structures, controlling device performance, and ensuring process consistency. These activities require strong technical discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to work within a high-volume, high-precision manufacturing environment.\nThe main objectives of the position are:\nGuarantee tool uptime and tool performance aligned to targets\nEnsure process robustness and stability\nDefinition and management of equipment control chart\nDefinition, management and training for OCAP\nManagement of hold lots, tool alarms and FDC\nNew tool selection, Equipment Procurement Specification definition and tool start-up\nImprove tool and process performances in term of COO, defectivity, OEE, MTBC,... \nDevelop new processes according to device/proc.dev group requirements\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nScientific degree or Ph.D. in Physics, Material Science, Chemistry, Engineering or similar\nThe ideal candidate should have competencies on either the chemical or the physical aspects of the process and on physical characterization techniques: Plasma physics, vacuum physics\nChemical kinetics, material science\n\nEnglish Knowledge\nScientific approach\nStrong problem solving ability\nFlexibility in priorities management\nTeam work ability\nStatistical skills\nThe expected salary range for this position is €38,000 - €45,000 gross annual salary (RAL), plus variable pay relevant for the role.\nIn accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on the candidate’s profile and demonstrated competencies. The final offer will be made in compliance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), where relevant, and our internal compensation policies.
