Our technology starts with you.\nResponsibilities\nAssess equipment & hardware demand requirement with technical validation.\nParticipates equipment benchmark selection and budgeting, delivery & installation, qualification acceptance buy-off, upgrading/evolution follow up.\nEquipment inventory and transfer movement management to sustain production demand requirement and supply chain environment.\nFixed equipment asset reconciliation and decommission & disposition management at GOBM Organization\nTechnical support on equipment maintenance/troubleshooting/skill training/spare replenishment/etc. activities and resolve consignment equipment and tooling (including EWS probe card & FT load board and socket) related issues at subcon (OSAT) production.\nProject management of deploys continuity improvement policy and solution at subcons. including liaison with internal stakeholders and external equipment supplier /subcons on equipment utilization/efficiency/service/quality/cost/etc. \nWork closely with ST internal product division and subcon manufacturing team on production sustaining at subcon plant (Yield analysis and improvement, in case of serious equipment failures, coordinate internal and external resource for equipment breakdown repair and recovery).\nLeading equipment related technical change and manage equipment related production/quality risk.\nAttends professional seminar and work with internal equipment key program/team in order to benchmark and share best known methods, and participates corporate worldwide users meeting.\nSupport manager on equipment management policy implement and continuity improvement action execution.\nProfile\nBachelor degree in automation or electronic qualification. • Engineering background on electrical wafer sorting (EWS) or Final testing or burn-in testing. • Minimum 3+ years experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance or technical engineering in a manufacturing facility, preferably in EWS, Final Testing and Finishing of back-end operations.\nFamiliar with T2K / ETS800 platform debugging • Know-how in semiconductor manufacturing process flow, especially in EWS and final test process. • Experience in ATE/prober/handler/burn-in test/scanner equipment and hardware tooling troubleshooting, testing methodologies, programs and systems integration. • Hands-on and analytical person who is able to articulate problems, analysis and solution • Communication and presentation skill\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2026 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
