Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nResponsible for overall success of test related policy, process, tools and solutions deployment to OSATs\nCompetency in process engineering and work with regional team to ensure compliance of the test processes and controls at OSATs\nDrive improvement of OSAT’s test capabilities and processes conform to ST requirement\nBenchmarking of OSAT’s test capabilities and solutions (include ORT, B/I, reliability, FA)\nManage NPI qualification to MP process for test across all OSATs, including technical gap analysis review and approval\nManage Process Change for test related at the OSAT\nContribute to product yield and OEE improvement\nCompetence to perform root cause analysis for customer incident and operational issue, with advice for improvement as subject matter expert\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nExperience in NPI/qual/production procedures and processes in semiconductor EWS/test manufacturing\nProficient in project management and able to project to success at OSATs\nFamiliar with semiconductor tester platforms and handlers/ probers\nExperience with data analysis techniques and tools, and understand requirement of test applications - data integrity, STDF, SBL, SYL, SPL, PAT (EWS & FT) etc\nExperience with test analysis tool, e.g. silicon.DA etc, is an added advantage\nSelf-motivated and self-driven, able to commit to and meet timeline\nProficient in excel, powerpoint and able to present and communicate ideas and recommendation effectively\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
