Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nDevelop and implement strategies for input, loading, line setup, and projection planning based on forecast, critical product priorities, and equipment complexity to optimize factory resources and meet customer delivery requirements and financial targets.\nAnalyze forecasts and confirm factory commitments in coordination with internal stakeholders.\nPrepare production plans in accordance with established planning parameters.\nExecute work order reservations using planning systems.\nMonitor planning tools daily and coordinate with relevant departments to align production plans and delivery commitments.\nTrack production plan execution against input, loading, and delivery requirements, with focus on critical product priorities.\nPrepare recovery plans for potential and missed deliveries in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.\nGenerate reports, including KPI and performance reports, critical and product-specific delivery status, and summaries with analysis of KPI achievement.\nCommunicate with external counterparts regarding tactical delivery issues.\nLead and support improvement initiatives in a cross-functional setting.\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, or a related field, with basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly Assembly to Test.\nAt least 5 years of experience handling similar responsibilities in a comparable environment.\nGood knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, and forecasting processes.\nAble to quickly understand and effectively use planning tools and systems.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills.\nDemonstrated leadership capabilities.\nHighly detail-oriented, analytical, and well organized.\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of working with production control systems and standard office productivity tools (MS Office).\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2026 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
