Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE \nYou are responsible for running the shift: managing people, executing the production plan, and ensuring safety, quality, and output targets are met in real time.\nYour role \nLead shift operations by managing people, executing the production plan, and ensuring safety, quality, and output targets are met in real time.\nAchieve production targets by maintaining WIP flow linearity and maximizing equipment capacity.\nDrive improvements in fab yield and promote quality awareness across the team.\nFoster a disciplined and productive workforce through effective manpower allocation.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.\nMaintain strong audit readiness and follow up on workforce discipline actions.\nImprove people productivity through resource management, multi-skilling, and training.\nSupport production planning to achieve higher moves and turns and optimize manpower and equipment utilization.\nPromote a safe, green, and healthy working environment in line with EHS requirements.\nSupport cost reduction activities and responsible use of resources.\nRequirements\nDiploma or degree in Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related technical field.\n2-5 years of experience in high-volume manufacturing; semiconductor, electronics, or cleanroom/automated environment experience is preferred.\nStrong communication, coaching, and conflict-handling skills.\nAbility to organize manpower, assign tasks, and manage breaks while maintaining output.\nWillingness to work in a 24/7 shift environment, including rotating shifts, weekends, and nights.\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2026 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
