Shift Operations Management\nEnsure production execution according to planning, priorities, and operational procedures.\nMonitor daily output and ensure achievement of production targets (OEE, yield, scrap, cycle time).\nCoordinate shift activities and ensure proper handover between shifts.\n2. Team Supervision\nLead and support operators/technicians during the shift.\nEnsure correct manpower allocation based on workload and critical operations.\nCoach and motivate the team to improve performance and discipline.\nEnsure compliance with attendance, shift rules, and shopfloor organization.\n3. Quality & Process Control\nEnsure compliance with quality standards, work instructions and process parameters.\nReact quickly to deviations and coordinate containment actions when needed.\nSupport investigations of non-conformities and implement corrective actions.\n4. Safety & Compliance\nEnsure strict compliance with safety rules and internal policies.\nPromote safety culture (5S, PPE usage, safe behavior).\nStop production if required in case of safety risk.\n5. Troubleshooting & Escalation\nProvide first-level troubleshooting for process/equipment issues.\nCoordinate with Maintenance, Process Engineering and Quality teams for resolution.\nEscalate major issues according to escalation procedures.\n6. Continuous Improvement\nParticipate in Lean manufacturing initiatives (5S, Kaizen, SMED, standard work).\nIdentify improvement opportunities and implement action plans.\nContribute to reduction of downtime, scrap and rework.\n7. Reporting & Documentation\nPrepare shift reports (production output, issues, actions, downtime reasons).\nEnsure proper documentation and traceability (logs, checklists, deviations).\nEnsure correct KPI tracking and data accuracy.\n8. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nProduction output vs plan\nOEE / Efficiency\nDowntime reduction\nScrap and yield performance\nQuality incidents / deviations\nSafety incidents / near misses\n5S audit score\nTeam discipline & shift stability\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES :\n Engineer degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation….. from big school.\ninternship experience in manufacturing is a plus.\nWillingness to work in shifts (including nights/weekends depending on schedule).\nLeadership potential and ability to manage shopfloor teams.\nStrong communication skills and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.\nProblem-solving mindset (structured thinking, root cause analysis).\nAbility to work under pressure and handle priorities in real-time.\nBasic understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial KPIs.\nKnowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.\nGood computer skills (Excel, reporting tools, ERP/MES knowledge is a plus).\nFrench: fluent ; English: intermediate to fluent (preferred)\n________________________________________________________________________\n\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
