Our technology starts with you.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop AI/ML models and advanced analytics to improve semiconductor quality and reliability\nBuild predictive solutions for anomaly detection, failure pattern recognition, and early risk identification.\nIntegrate data from test, manufacturing, field returns, and reliability sources into scalable analytical workflows.\nTranslate complex data into actionable insights through statistical modeling, explainable AI, and visualization.\nCollaborate across product, quality, manufacturing, process, and customer teams to support root-cause analysis and decision-making.\nContribute to reliability metrics, data standards, and monitoring dashboards.\nRequirements\nMaster’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Statistics, or Applied Mathematics.\nStrong programming skills\nExperience with AI/ML and analytics tools such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, XGBoost, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.\nSolid knowledge of statistics, predictive modeling, and data visualization.\nGood understanding of semiconductor technologies; reliability engineering knowledge is an advantage.\nStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.\nThe expected salary range for this position is € 38.000 - 45.000 gross annual salary (RAL), plus variable pay relevant for the role.\nIn accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on the candidate’s profile and demonstrated competencies. The final offer will be made in compliance with the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), where relevant, and our internal compensation policies.
