People with passion and desire to disrupt the status quo, push boundaries and drive innovation - whilst unlocking your own potential.\nYOUR ROLE\nLead development of test strategy, test plan, and characterization plan for NPI product development\nCollaborate actively with DFT team for DFT implementation\nDefine engineering and production test hardware, including wafer sort probe cards and final test loadboards\nDevelop test scenario files for test pattern simulation and generation\nManage 1st silicon bring-up, wafer sort, and final test program development, validation, data analysis, and reporting\nConduct product IP characterization, analyze results, prepare reports, and review with designers\nDevelop reliability, failure analysis, and characterization test programs\nWork closely with designers, DFT engineers, and application engineers in Europe and Asia\nDrive yield improvement, test time reduction, customer return analysis, and test solution platform migration\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nDegree in Electronics Engineering or related field\nMinimum 5 years of experience in NPI test development\nProficient in test software development: C/C++, Perl, Python, Java\nGood understanding of semiconductor front-end and back-end manufacturing processes\nExperience with automated test equipment: T2000, 93000 EXAScale, Ultraflex+\nKnowledge of DFT, Scan, Memory BIST, NVM, mixed-signal testing, and microcontroller theory is a plus\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nDetail-oriented and able to work effectively in multicultural/international teams\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nSelf-motivated, able to work independently under pressure to meet deadlines\nQuick learner eager to grow hardware and software development skills\nFamiliar with statistical process control, data management, semiconductor yield analysis\nExperienced with STDF software tools (Yield Explorer, Galaxy, Optimal Test) and Microsoft Office\nWorking at ST means innovating for a future that we want to make smarter, greener, in a responsible and sustainable way.
