Our technology starts with you.\nRole summary:\nOwns technical coordination for Test and Finishing NPI activities across product introduction, industrialization, validation, and ramp-up, ensuring robust transfer from development to production.\nTypical responsibilities:\nLead NPI test and finishing readiness for new products / packages / processes\nCoordinate cross-functional activities among Test, Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain\nDefine and track qualification plans, risk actions, and ramp-up milestones\nSupport debug, yield improvement, and production issue resolution\nEnsure process capability, test coverage, and product robustness\nDrive lessons learned and standardization for future introductions\nSkills:\nNPI / industrialization\nTest engineering and validation\nProduct engineering\nRoot cause analysis and problem solving\nCross-functional coordination\nData analysis and yield monitoring\nQuality and process control\nCommunication and stakeholder management\nExperience:\nSenior-level engineering experience in semiconductor or manufacturing NPI environments\nHands-on experience with test and/or product engineering\nExperience supporting ramp-up, qualification, and production stabilization\nAbility to influence without direct authority\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2026 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
