Our technology starts with you.\nYOUR ROLE\nWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Validation Engineer to join our team with expertise in either Mixed Signal IP validation or Top-Level System Validation of our electro-optical sensors . The ideal candidate will be responsible for validating analog and mixed signal IP designs and ensuring their functionality and/or system performance meet specified requirements. The successful candidate will have a strong background in analog and mixed signal circuit design and validation methodologies.\nYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES\nDevelop test plans and validation strategies for IP blocks and sub-systems.\nCollaborate with design and verification teams to ensure successful validation of IPs.\nConduct in-depth testing, simulation, and analysis of IP designs to verify performance.\nIdentify performance issues, debug problems, and report findings to the design team.\nDevelop automation scripts and tools to enhance validation efficiency and test coverage.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to drive successful tape-out of analog IP blocks.\nQualifications and Key Technical Skills:\nBachelor's / Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.\nMinimum of 2-5 years of experience in mixed signal IP validation.\nStrong expertise in circuit design and validation methodologies.\nAdvanced knowledge of laboratory instruments and equipment.\nHands-on experience with industrial-grade simulation tools (e.g., LTSpice, eDesignSuite etc).\nProficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for automation tasks.\nSkilled in Data Analysis and presentation tools i.e., JMP, MATLAB, MS Excel, CSV \nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and teamwork abilities.\nHigh level or cooperation and autonomy\nST is proud to be one of the 17 companies certified as a 2025 Global Top Employer and the first and only semiconductor company to achieve this distinction.
