Owns the hardest multi-site programs end to end and sets the standards the rest of the PM team follows.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn the most complex or highest-risk data center build and expansion programs.\n\nDefine reference architectures and program playbooks with design and operations leads.\n\nManage general contractors, A&E firms, and OEMs against schedule and budget.\n\nDrive long-lead procurement strategy for power, cooling, and network equipment.\n\nLead executive-level program reviews and capital gate approvals.\n\nMentor program managers and improve portfolio governance.\n\nWhat we're looking for\n8+ years owning data center or large capital infrastructure programs.\n\nTrack record delivering multi-million-dollar builds on schedule.\n\nDeep fluency in data center electrical and mechanical design tradeoffs.\n\nProven management of GC/A&E/OEM ecosystems.\n\nExecutive communication and capital-approval experience.\n\nWilling to travel to sites.\n\nNice to have\nPMP, PE, or CM credential.\n\nHyperscale or AI data center program experience.\n\nExperience opening new markets or greenfield sites.\n\nPrior team leadership or people management.\n\nCompensation\nFull-Time, Exempt\n$190,000 - $240,000/year, DOE and Location\nBenefits\nHealth Coverage - Medical, Dental & Vision\nFSA Health and Dependent Care available\n401(k) Plan\nUnlimited Paid Time Off (PTO)\nObserved Holidays Paid\nCell Phone Allowance\nCollaborative, growth-driven culture\nCandidates must be U.S. Citizens or Permanent Residents.
