Reasonable accommodations will be made to support individuals with disabilities in performing essential functions.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide direct support to senior leadership, including conducting project audits\nTrain new hires on project-related technologies and tools\nCoordinate with architectural, engineering, and other professional teams\nAssist with scheduling subcontractor manpower and material deliveries\nReview and process submittals and RFIs (Requests for Information)\nParticipate in cost control efforts and budget tracking\nManage document control processes and track changes to contract documents\nPerform quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) inspections of installed materials\nAssist in punch list development and preparation of project close-out documentation\nCollaborate with the team on safety management initiatives\nMaintain organized records and documentation with a strong attention to detail\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in commercial construction (e.g., Construction Clerk, Project Engineer)\nProficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel;
