Positions available in Operations/ Estimating Departments.\nResponsibilities/Requirements:\n- Assist Superintendent/PM/ Estimator with project-related tasks\n- Maintain and organize project finishes and run errands as needed\n- Attending project meetings and preparing meeting minutes\n- General office duties such as ordering supplies, and office upkeep\n- Update project binders & filing as needed.\n- Responsible for accurate and detailed client proposal and vendor purchase order paperwork..\n-Assist with overall project schedules and lining up sub-contractors.\n-Assist in-field Project Managers with day to day requests.\nQualifications:\n- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in construction management, building technology, civil engineering or similar major\n- Must be professional, motivated and detail oriented\n- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive correspondence regularly with clients and vendors.
