working with honesty, unity, safety, and quality of work. \nParticipates in the monthly review of project budgets, costs, and profit.\nResearch and audits projects or specific items as needed.\nInputs and tracks data related to budgets and project costs.\nProduces owner billings for specific projects.\nReview subcontractor and/or supplier financial statements.\nTrack and report fixed assets acquisitions and disposals.\nResearch and file state tax requirements for various construction projects.\nContinually improve processing activities and reports to give operations the best information possible within time constraints.\nPerforms other related duties as assigned or needed.\nQualifications\nBachelor's degree in accounting required.\nHas 1-3 years previous accounting or equivalent experience.\nDemonstrates excellent communication skills.\nDemonstrates PC computer skills and uses word processing and spreadsheet packages, such as Microsoft Excel and Word.\nWorks individually and as part of a team.\nDemonstrates attention to detail.\nAbility to perform essential duties and responsibilities efficiently and accurately.\nCost accounting experience in construction industry is a
