The primary role of the Project Manager is to run one or more projects simultaneously, in such a manner that both the customer and the company are successful.\nPrimary Duties\nManage workload of project engineers\nPrimary interface with owner and architect\nMaintain a high level of safety\nWork with the Superintendent to enhance project margins\nMake sure that projects are completed on or before the contract completion date\nEnsure that projects are built in accordance with the plans and specs approved by the owner and the architect/engineers/managers\nEnsure that all accounts receivable are current and projects are billed accordingly\nProvide job cost/margin forecasts\nManage maintenance of RFI, COP and submittal logs\nClose out project cleanly and completely within 30 days of project completion\nProvide all pertinent information to the construction team\nRequired Skills\nStrong negotiation and leadership skills\nUnderstands accounting, financial statements, job cost, and cash flow\nExperience in creating MS Project schedules\nRequired Qualifications\nMust be able to pass a drug test and comply with our company vehicle safety program\n4 year degree in a construction related major\nMinimum 5-10 years’ project management experience\nMinimum 5-10 years’ estimating experience\nPrevious experience with healthcare and fast-paced construction managing multiple projects concurrently\nA focus on following processes and procedures, taking ownership of the role, and not being afraid of difficult conversations and relaying bad news when required\nThe full salary range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000.
