Full-time\n\nReporting To: Chief Program Management Officer (CPMO)\n\nSector: Capital Projects / EPC Document Management\n\nRole Overview\n\nStockgap Fuels Limited is seeking qualified engineering and project management professionals for full-time positions within the Office of the Chief Program Management Officer (CPMO).\nManage all project correspondence, transmittals, technical documentation, and turnover dossiers across the CPMO portfolio while providing executive coordination support (meeting minutes, action tracking, and calendar management).\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nEDMS Management: Maintain the central project repository (EDMS / SharePoint) with standardized folder hierarchies, document numbering, and revision controls.\nTurnover Dossiers: Compile and audit complete handover packages, inspection records, regulatory permits, and variation orders.\nTransmittals & Drawing Control: Register, distribute, and track incoming/outgoing correspondence, contractor transmittals, drawings, datasheets, and ITPs.\nExecutive Coordination: Draft agendas and minutes for Steering Committee and CPMO meetings, manage action logs, and consolidate weekly/monthly dashboards.\n\nKey Requirements\n\nTrack Record: Hands-on experience compiling at least one complete project turnover handover package.\nSoftware Tools: Proficiency in SharePoint, EDMS, or Aconex, alongside advanced MS Excel skills (registers, pivot tables, trackers).\nRequired Experience: 5–8 years total document control experience (minimum 3 years on engineering/capital projects)\nEducation: B.Sc/B.Eng or HND in
