mandatory leak and pressure testing.\n\n Manage the plant's P&L operating budget, stock reconciliation, dispatch operations, and third-party regulatory relations (NMDPRA, SON, Fire Service).\n\nQualifications & Experience\n\n Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree/HND (2nd Class Upper / Upper Credit) in Mechanical, Chemical, Petroleum Engineering, or related discipline.\n\n Experience: Minimum 10 years’ downstream LPG/petroleum experience, with at least 4 years in a plant management/leadership role.\n\n Certifications: Relevant HSE (NEBOSH/OSHA), Project Management, or MBA certifications are an added
