Provide support and resources to help employees grow and improve in current positions. Effectively administer/train employees to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in their positions. Possess a clear understanding of banking operations, guidelines, and products. Train tellers in new procedures/regulations as needed.\nPosition Specific Responsibilities, Duties and Competencies\nSupervisory Functions:\nMonitor holds and large deposits.\nApprove teller transactions that exceed check-cashing limits.\nEnsure that tellers adhere to check cashing limits policy.\nProvide support and resources for employees to develop the knowledge and skills necessary to be successful in their positions.\nPromote employee relations that encourage two-way communication between management and employees.\nEstablish clear performance expectations.\nEnsure that customer service and quality standards are consistently maintained in the teller department.\nMonitor off-ages and maintain teller difference log.\nComplete monthly/quarterly audit reviews/cash audits according to policies and procedures.\nSchedule tellers and work assignment of duties to be completed in a timely manner with the hours that are allotted.\nVault teller duties - as needed.\nPerform performance reviews for all tellers, including ongoing training and supervision.\nResponsible for overall customer service on teller line;
