# Growth Specialist: Social, Programmatic & Creative

Working closely with the Manager of Social, Programmatic & Creative, you will be responsible for campaign activation, optimization, experimentation and performance analysis across channels including Meta, TikTok, programmatic and emerging platforms. This role is designed for someone who wants to develop into a well-rounded growth marketer - combining strong platform execution with exposure to creative strategy, experimentation, incrementality and cross-channel investment decisions. What you’ll do: Build, launch and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, programmatic and other emerging platforms. Own day-to-day campaign management including budgets, audiences, bidding, placements, creative rotation and QA. Monitor performance and proactively identify opportunities, anomalies and areas requiring deeper investigation.
