If you enjoy working in a start-up culture, where ambiguity inspires your creativity, StockX, may be the place for you!\nThe Operations Specialist role will be fundamental to the success of the business, supporting the Authenticators to ensure items are unboxed correctly for processing as well as making sure that the items are handled and packaged correctly for outbound shipment.\nWhat you’ll do \nUnloading trucks and palletizing boxes\nOpening boxes and scanning shipping labels\nUsing apps and computer software to complete the order fulfillment process\nBoxing items, working with packaging equipment, and ensuring labels are accurately placed on boxes\nIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency of the operations process\nAbout you \nHigh School diploma/GED\nExperience in warehouses or retail environments unloading trucks and processing boxes\nSense of urgency to perform tasks to timelines\nComfortable in a fast-paced work environment\nAbility to work well in teams and good communication skills\nStrong attention to detail\nNice to have skills \nWarehouse experience\nFashion retail background \nWorking Conditions\nThe Verification Center is a warehouse environment with working conditions found in a typical warehouse setting. Closed toed and closed heel shoes are required. Team members in this environment will be required to stand, walk, bend, stoop, turn, and pivot more than 75% of the time.\nMay push, pull, and lift up to 50 pounds (or 23kg); on occasion a team-lift of up to 100 pounds (or 45kg) and may be required to bend, twist, kneel and squat regularly.\nThis role may require you to ascend or descend ladders, stairs, ramps, and the like on a frequent basis depending on site location.\nThis is a 6 month seasonal contract role\nPursuant to the various pay transparency laws/acts, the base salary is $15/hr USD plus opportunities for benefits (e.g., medical, dental), equity and discretionary bonuses.
