We want to support all of our people in achieving a healthy work/ life balance and would be happy to speak with prospective candidates about flexible working arrangements.\nKey Responsibilities\nGeneral duties include, but are not limited to:\nClient & event follow-up\nOwn the follow-up process for events and webinars, ensuring timely communication, effective lead management, and accurate tracking of opportunities arising from attendee engagement. \nAdvise on invite data selection and audience targeting to maximise event attendance, engagement, and pipeline generation. \nSupport the development and progression of pipelines identifying event-generated leads. \nMaintain accurate records of follow-up actions and outcomes.\nFee-earner engagement\nAttend meetings to capture and drive BD-related actions.\nCommunicate growth priorities and required tasks to the wider marketing team.\nSales enablement\nCreate and maintain materials for the sales enablement hub (eg, pitch decks, case studies, product sheets).\nEnsure resources are up to date and accessible for fee earners.\nClient & product support\nRespond to product-related enquiries promptly and professionally.\nLiaise with BD Manager to escalate complex queries or opportunities.\nCoordination & reporting\nSupport BD Manager with pipeline tracking and reporting.\nAssist in preparing summaries of BD activity for monthly reports.\nRequirements\n Essential\nExperience creating and maintaining BD collateral such as pitch decks, case studies, credentials, and product sheets.\nUnderstanding of basic BD processes such as lead follow-up, tracking opportunities, and supporting pipeline activity.\nConfidence using CRM systems (InterAction preferable) to update records, log actions, and extract information for reports.\nAbility to capture actions from meetings accurately and ensure they are followed through to completion. \nComfortable working with data - able to review simple reports, spot inconsistencies, and pull-out key points for BD Manager updates.\nDesirable\nPrevious experience in a similar role within a professional services background or law firm.\nPersonal Attributes\nHigh attention to detail, with strong proofreading ability to maintain brand consistency and deliver high-quality content.\nStrong organisation skills, taking full ownership of tasks and ensuring delivery within agreed deadlines.\nCommercially aware and results-oriented, with a natural ability to recognise opportunities, think strategically, and identify ways to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly.\nAbility to work collaboratively, consistently demonstrating alignment with the firm’s core values.\nDetail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.\nDiversity, Equity, and Inclusion\nIndividual differences are embraced at Stone King, and we strive to create an environment in which people feel supported and able to be themselves.
