This role oversees the setup and maintenance of the restaurant while managing guest feedback and service recovery to enhance the overall guest experience.\nEssential Functions and Duties:\nOversee the correct and timely setup of the buffet and kitchen line, ensuring it meets brand standards. \nSupervise and train new team members to maintain high service and cleanliness standards. \nMaintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, ensuring tables, chairs, and surfaces are regularly cleaned. \nEnsure all glassware and silverware are polished and properly set for service. \nMonitor and exceed Guest Service Scores, keeping them above brand standards. \nManage guest satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and communicating service recovery incidents with the Manager on Duty. \nAssist team members in completing daily side work tasks, including cleaning tables, chairs, and floors. \nReplenish the buffet and kitchen supplies as needed during service, ensuring timely and efficient operations. \nSet up tables and assist with the transition to dinner service daily. \nEnsure compliance with food safety standards, including proper food handling and preparation. \nPlan, organize, and deliver catering service during events as needed.\nPerform additional tasks and responsibilities as requested by the supervisor or manager. \nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.\nRequired Experience, Education, and Skills:\nAt least 1 year of related experience or training. \nStrong leadership and communication skills to manage and train a team of breakfast attendants. \nExcellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues. \nAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service. \nBasic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. \nWork Environment:\nPrimarily an indoor environment with frequent standing and walking required throughout the shift. \nExposure to food service equipment and cleaning chemicals. \nMust be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and push/pull up to 50 lbs. \nFlexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required. \nOther Duties:\nPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the team member for this job.
