This role assists guests, maintains a clean and organized gaming environment, and ensures compliance with all company, gaming, and regulatory standards.\nEssential Functions and Duties:\nProvide outstanding guest service by greeting guests, answering questions, and assisting with casino-related inquiries.\nMonitor the casino floor to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and team members.\nAssist guests with machine operation, player rewards programs, promotions, and general property information.\nRespond promptly and professionally to guest concerns, escalating issues to management as appropriate.\nMaintain knowledge of casino promotions, events, and amenities to effectively communicate information to guests.\nEnsure gaming areas, kiosks, and guest-facing spaces are properly stocked, organized, and maintained.\nObserve gaming activities and report any irregularities, security concerns, or policy violations to management.\nAdhere to all gaming regulations, company policies, internal controls, and responsible gaming practices.\nSupport special events, tournaments, promotions, and other casino activities as assigned.\nWork collaboratively with other departments to ensure a positive guest experience.\nMaintain accurate records and complete required reports or documentation as needed.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.\nRequired Experience, Education, and Skills:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\nPrevious customer service, hospitality, entertainment, casino, or gaming experience preferred.\nStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with guests and team members.\nAbility to maintain a positive and service-oriented attitude in a fast-paced environment.\nBasic computer skills and ability to learn casino systems and technology.\nAbility to understand and follow gaming regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.\nStrong attention to detail and observational skills.\nAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.\nAbility to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.\nMust meet all licensing, certification, and regulatory requirements applicable to the position.\nWork Environment\nWork is performed primarily on an active casino floor with frequent guest interaction.\nEnvironment may include exposure to moderate noise levels, flashing lights, and large crowds.\nPosition requires standing and walking for extended periods of time.\nFrequent bending, reaching, and lifting of items up to 25 pounds may be required.\nAbility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other peak business periods.\nRegular interaction with guests, team members, vendors, and regulatory personnel.\nEqual Employment Opportunity: Stonebridge is committed to equal employment opportunities.
