Working knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC work and masonry. Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.\nLANGUAGE ABILITY\nAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
