Report any unsatisfactory conditions to room attendants and follow up to ensure corrections are made. Monitor and maintain cleanliness in event areas, storage rooms, restrooms, and offices. Assume responsibility for guest feedback and service scores related to housekeeping. Report the status of all guestrooms to the front desk department.
